The call agent asked questions for a survey. The questions superficially focused on insurance status (health, legal, liability, household) and, wrapped in the questions about the health insurance, tried to retrieve quite specific, critical health information. This health information would allow a health insurance to selectively target "healthy" potential new clients with telephone marketing attacks, whereas potential clients with health issues would not be bothered by marketing calls. Total nogo in my opinion. Also, again wrapped in the questions about insurances, the questions tried to extract very specific financial information, e. g. what monthly savings I am capable of. Again I gave an unspecific answer. Finally the guy wanted to know my full name. I refused to tell. He insisted 3 times that he apparently needed to know my full name for internal reasons only, assuring the survey was anonymous. After insisting 3 times in vain that he needed my full name, the guy gave up. The bottom line is, needless to say, that I declined to answer indescrete questions or replied with unspecific, abstract generalisations. The only reason these guys got me on the phone, btw, is that I was expecting a call from a company that day anyway and I thought it was that expected call...

Am 26.11.2019 wurde ich von einem vermeintlichen Umfrageinstitut mit dem Namen "Data Call" angerufen und über zusammenhangslose Informationen wie (Autobesitz und Gesundheitszustand) befragt. Dies kam mir erst zu spät als verdächtig vor. Als ich dann die Nummer überprüft habe, habe ich festgestellt dass diese Firma nicht existiert und vermutlich Datenmissbrauch betreibt.

Als ich wusste um was es ging, habe ich den Typen am anderen Ende abgewimmelt -- worauf er mich aufs schlimmste auf russisch oder andere Ostblock-sprache beschimpft hat -- "Curva" versteh ich Warum werden solchen Gaunern nicht endlich das Handwerk gelegt und aus dem Verkehr gezogen -- ist für uns als KMU nur Mühsam und ärgerlich -- rufen mit anerkannter CH-TelNr an. Wir sind echt sauer!

Gibt an, man hätte Druckerpatronen bestellt die jetzt zur Auslieferung bereit seien. Dies obschon wir den genannten Drucker seit über 5 Jahren nicht im Betrieb haben und seit jeher nur bei einem bestimmten Händler Büromaterial einkaufen. Klassische Stolperfalle. Sehr unseriös, übt extrem Druck aus. Am besten sofort wieder auflegen.
